Returns & Exchanges

Returning or exchanging your order is easy using our free return service. Simply go to your orders under the dashboard and click “Request Return”. Select “Return" or "Exchange” and choose your reason for return. Use the shipping label included within your shipment, and send your package back via UPS for free. Please be sure to send your item(s) back to us within 21 days of receiving your order.

*If you are returning an item from our Beta membership program please contact [email protected] and provide your order # and the new size you require.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges on items, provided that your new requested size is in stock. Shipping is free on the replacement item. To exchange an item, please do the following:

Please note that your exchange will ship once the returned items have been received and processed at our warehouse. In addition, please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, we recommend returning the item for a store credit and purchasing the new item separately. Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 21 days of receiving your package. Returns outside this window may be accepted at the discretion of ÉCOLE and may only be refunded as a store credit.)

Damaged Goods

Goods are classified as damaged if they are received as damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be damaged goods.

If your item is damaged when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply contact [email protected] informing us of the issue immediately. Please include a photo. Once the damage is confirmed, use the shipping label included within your initial package and return to us within 14 days of when you receive the item.

If you discover after 14 days of receiving your package, but within three months of purchase, you can still return it. Where possible, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you would like to exchange a damaged item instead of receiving a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original payment method or to your ÉCOLE account and will include shipping costs for faulty items.

If your order has been sent to a destination within New York or New Jersey, all sales taxes will be refunded.

Please note that processing times vary per payment provider. As a result, it may take up to 10 working days for a refund to appear in your account.

Promotional Items

Please note that the return policy may vary for promotional items depending on the exact type of promotion. Any deviations from ÉCOLE’s standard return policy will always be clearly communicated through the appropriate promotional area. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions about a specific promotional item’s return or exchange policy.

Important Information

All items are thoroughly checked for any issues or damages before they are sent to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please let us know immediately by contacting [email protected] Please include a photo, if applicable.

Please send all items that you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are appropriately protected while in transit. Shoeboxes should also be protected as they are considered to be part of the product. Your return may not be accepted if the shoebox is damaged.

Our Policy

Shoes

Please return all items, including the box and any included shoe bags. When trying shoes on, please stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

Accessories

All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Repeated returns

Our return policy is flexible by design to provide you with a quality online shopping experience. That being said, we reserve the right to refuse returns from customers incurring repeated returns. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.
