Membership + Joining

I want to sign up for a membership. Are there any extra fees?

Nope! Your ECOLE membership won’t have any shipping or handling fees—just the $95/month or $855/year membership cost. If your shipping address is in a state in which we operate, sales tax will be applied to your order.

I just signed up! What should I do next?

Make sure your profile is correct so we can learn more about you and what you’re looking to discover. Your Order Confirmation will have an estimated ship date so you’ll know to keep an eye out for your first box.

How can I customize my boxes?

Your monthly boxes will be tailored to your style personality (based on the answers you chose when taking the quiz).

If I change my mind, can I put my membership on hold?

Monthly Rebillable Memberships can be put on hold any time. Yearly Rebillable Memberships can only be put on hold within the first month, but members may opt out of auto-renewal at any time.

Can I shop with Ecole even if I’m not a member?

Unfortunately no. Our Shop is only available to members.

Is ECOLE available outside the US?

ECOLE is currently only available in the US, but we always have our eye on future markets for expansion.

Billing & Payment

When can I expect to be billed for my membership?

If you have a monthly membership, you’ll pay for your first box when you place the order. Starting with your second box, you’ll be on a regular monthly billing and shipping cycle. When you join on a yearly basis, you’ll pay for your full membership up-front and won’t see any monthly charges. Once your year is almost up, we’ll check in and see if you’d like to opt out of auto-renewal.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, or debit cards as payment for rebillable subscription orders. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept checks, money orders, gift cards, or PayPal, or link routing numbers to your account. Please note, credits cannot be applied as a form of payment toward monthly and/or yearly rebillable subscriptions.

You have the ability to also use Affirm to finance a yearly membership into monthly payments (setup of financing and payments are done directly with Affirm) to lear more se the about Affirm page.

You’ll be billed as soon as your order is placed. From there, we’ll be in touch with tracking information as soon as your products are on the way!


Where does ECOLE ship?

ÉCOLE currently ships to the United States. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Do I have to sign for my Ecole delivery?

Monthly boxes are shipped via UPS. Shop orders are also delivered by UPS.

What are my shipping options?

You’re able to choose from four shipping speeds when you place an order from our shop: UPS Ground - $7.00 (1-5 Business Days).

I just placed an order for an item in your Shop! When will it ship?

Shop orders will ship within 1 business day of being placed for all in-stock items. Your monthly box will ship within 10 business days of being ordered (the first time). You can alway scheck for your latest tracking info in your Dashboard.

Receiving a Refund

I’m having second thoughts. Can I return my order?

The short answer: yes! You’ll have 21 days to return items you order from our Shop. See the returns & exchanges page for more details.

Can I return my monthly box?

Yes! You can exchange the item in your box for a different size if the fit is incorrect or if you are not happy with the item overall. We want to make sure you are getting the best experience possible.

Promotional Items

I want to send Ecole as a gift. What’s the best way to do that?

As we are still in Beta, we are not currently offering any gifting options. Once we do, our customers will be the first to know!
